Yay!!! so happy and excited for you!! Such a great sentiment to begin in your 50s and all the strength youβve gained with stepping into you more fully. I love this new decade, Iβm at 51 and feeling unapologetically more me than ever!
Oh yes, the 40s Iβm not sure how to describe but a strange tunnel between young and old that at a constant continued to pull the rug from under me. Ugh lol!
Now the path of perimenopause continues which is the base of letting go so many of the worries that I used to hold onto, which is a relief but also (probable the estrogen HRT) lol!
Iβm excited to continue to follow along, Maegan, which btw how is it been 20 years since we started those blogs! Lol! Like wtf and I still most of the time have no idea what I am doing.. ππ

Oh I LOVE hearing that about your 50s, especially after the journey youβve been on! π©· Iβm honestly excited to leave my 40s behind. Theyβve been the most challenging decade yet, but also the most transformative. So many lessons learned, and Iβm trying not to carry the regrets or unhealthy patterns with me into this next chapter π€
