Come As You Are: Season 2 Episode 24

The one about why I wasn't here last week and other things ☺️
2

Happy Weekend Lovecats!

I hope you are well… aside from what feels like a daily, ever-imploding world we’re living in, I truly hope that you and your family and friends are safe! πŸ’ž

I had a little scare last week, so I promptly ordered security cameras and my brother came to stay for 4 days to help install them, among other things, and it was so nice having him around. I had truly forgotten what it feels like to spend quality time with someone I trust, someone my nervous system trusts, and it was like a little vacation for mind, body and spirit, to say the least.

A reminder that not β€œall” hu(men) are bad, lol. As much as I’ve healed over the past year in mostly isolation, I think (aside from it being a major distraction from healing) that once healing is complete, the next step in growth IS another relationship with a hu(man)… but I am in no hurry for that at the moment.

On the other hand… (below) is the creepy note I found on my car late last Wednesday night, which prompted the security camera installation which, I’ll admit, I’d been putting off since moving here at the end of last summer. (HOW has it been nearly a year?!)

SO far, as I mentioned in this weekend’s episode above (which will be the last for June, as I’ll be publishing once a month instead of once a week - moving forward), THANKFULLY, the only thing that HAS set off my floodlight motion camera (ever night) has been this guy…

The critters just follow me wherever I go… Maybe I’m a Disney Princess and I don’t even know -HA! I rhymed πŸ€ͺ

Anyway, I’ll leave you here… I hope you enjoy this week’s episode AND a new chapter for Everything She Never Had will be out Thursday morning, as usual.

xoxo …love, Maegan πŸ’‹
