I’m a little late today, so sorry for the delay! I hope you’re having a wonderful weekend!

My latest song has been streaming on most major platforms for just about a week now, though it finally showed up on Amazon last night and I was GIDDY with excitement when I yelled : ALEXA, PLAY SLEEPING WITH THE ENEMY BY M A E G A N (you have to spell my name out) and then my song started playing!

My inner child felt like she was hearing it on the radio in the ‘80s and I suddenly had all the feels, goosebumps down my arms, tingles in my temples, love bubbles brewing in my chest and the biggest smile one could smile, all while sitting on my living room couch with my sleeping dogs, who were more than happy to share it with me in real time. 💕

The joy I feel is all-consuming and it only took my entire adult life up until now to finally understand the true meaning of follow your passion… and I feel like I’ve only just begun.

This is another urge to all of you, to start doing the thing you’ve always wanted to do, even if you feel silly or stupid (as I have and do also), and just DO IT. Your inner child will thank you immensely and your adult self will finally feel settled and at home in your own skin. I am nowhere near any type of goal that society might consider “success or successful” in this new life journey, but my inner child simply doesn’t care. It’s not about that. So do the thing, start now. I promise it’s worth it. 😊
