Happy Sunday Lovecats!
I hope you had a wonderful and relaxing weekend!
I published (but didn’t promote) today’s positivity journal note because I knew I’d also be publishing this Come As You Are episode and didn’t want to bombard your inbox…
How are you feeling about the Daily Positivity Journal Entries? Are you following along or have you started your own little daily notes? And either way, does it feel like it’s helpful in any way?
How are you feeling overall?
I’ve been ultimately trying to stay away from social media the last few days in an attempt to keep from going insane. I feel like we’re all watching the Season Finale of America and they’re throwing in all the explosions and fires and plane crashes and insane political agendas to keep us on the edge of our seats, and for the love of GOD, it’s working. I am at the edge, of said seat. But you know what? When I don’t look at social media… I’m much more relaxed and calm and can focus on my life as I know it.
I come from a family who literally NEVER watched the news. And I’d say it was a positive experience. Unfortunately, now, we have the news in our hands AND everyone’s opinion about the news in our hands as well, and it’s just too much to HANDle! On one HAND, I don’t want to miss anything, on the other HAND, life is much more simple without it. And so, for the time being, I’m going to (try) to avoid all the drama as much as possible because (as I state in the video) I don’t have much drama in my life anymore and it’s kind of amazing. Drama of any kind is just a massive distraction that keeps me (and probably everyone) from staying focused and creating a wonderful life and even though sometimes it’s so much easier to fall into the drama as an excuse to not work towards your peace, the peace is worth the work. The return on investment is HUGE.
Have a wonderful week (amidst all the chaos) 🙏 and I’ll see you next Sunday.
xoxo …love, Maegan 😘 💋
