I thought I’d do something different today and share a little behind the scenes look at my second song ☺️
I am still 100% excited about this new venture, however, this song has felt a bit tortured, which is the best word to describe it and I went through a moment of wondering if I should just set it to the side and start over on an entirely new song/sound… BUT THEN last night, I finally made it over the hump of what felt like an incredibly long slog through sludge of not being able to figure out certain pieces of it, and then when I did, I felt so happy and overwhelmed with joy and was able to finalize the raw version, which you’re seeing/hearing - here.
